Jalapeño Pimento Cheese
Not growing up in the south, I was not understanding the love for Pimento Cheese when I first moved to Clemson, South Carolina. I actually do not enjoy roasted red peppers at all, so pimentos aren’t naturally a food I would choose to eat. However, in the last few years, I have become added to this amazing dip. The Palmetto Cheese brand of pimento cheese is delicious! I had a friend make this recipe at one of our monthly cooking clubs, and it was a hit. This can be served cold or warmed through. Using the dough blade in a food process, add all of the ingredients. Pulse until thoroughly mixed. (You can do this by hand, but this step is very easy.)
